Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

2 Boneless Chicken Breasts (Approximately 8 oz meat)
1 ½ oz Sour Cream
1 ½ oz Cream Cheese
1 tsp Dry Ranch Mix
1 oz Mild Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Wing Sauce

Instructions

Bake two chicken breasts at 375° until done. When cooked, slice breast meat and add to the food processor with sour cream, cream cheese, dry ranch mix and wing sauce.

Pulse mixture once or twice until desired texture and mixture.

Put mixture and small glass baking dish and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. At 20 minutes, take baking dish out of oven and add cheddar cheese to the top. Place back in the oven, uncovered, at 375° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts on top.

Let cool and enjoy with pork rinds or as a stand alone dish.
